The Service is provided strictly for education, training, and simulated (paper) trading. It is not a brokerage, is not investment advice, and does not execute real trades on your behalf. Any strategies, signals, backtests, or bot activity are illustrative and hypothetical. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; (b) use it for unlawful purposes; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems; or (d) resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted by a Team/Educator plan.

The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by RealFlow Automations, LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALFLOW AUTOMATIONS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT DECISIONS YOU MAKE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
